    Job Title Transfer Pricing Operations Manager Job Description The Transfer Pricing Operations Manager will oversee the implementation of the Group's transfer pricing policy.

    Reporting to the VP of Group Tax, this role provides an opportunity to join a highly performing tax team. Key Responsibilities What will I be involved in?

    • Manage the operational implementation of the Group's transfer pricing policy, including continual refinement of the group's policy supported external advisors.
    • Prepare Group TP documentation including master file, local files and CbCR filings.
    • Ensure that the operationalisation of the Group's transfer pricing model is appropriately aligned with our operating model and any transformational changes.
    • Support interim and year end reporting in relation to transfer pricing.
    • Operationalise the integration of newly acquired businesses into the Group's transfer pricing model.
    • Work with other teams within the tax function and across Finance to improve the Group's current transfer pricing practices and processes.
    • Monitor transfer pricing regulatory developments and support the introduction of change as required.
    • Support the Group's tax risk management activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key global stakeholders and educate the stakeholders about tax and tax strategy.
    • Compliance with the Group Tax Policies and the Tax Management Framework, including the adoption of global processes and procedures. What are we looking for?
    • Qualified tax professional with significant Corporate Tax experience and strong tax reporting knowledge.
    • International mind-set and ability to work with dispersed, multicultural and multifunctional teams.
    • Articulate with good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good relationship builder at all levels, with ability to work in a matrix organisation and manage multiple stakeholders.
    • Results oriented, demonstrates initiative, is adaptable and flexible.
    • Experience of global organisations. This role can be based in either our London or Newcastle offices.
