    JOB TITLE:Building Project Manager (BPM)

    REPORTS TO: ChiefExecutive Officer (CEO)

    DIRECTREPORTS: None

    Purpose Of the Role

    The Building Project Manager(BPM) will be a key member of TDP Senior Management Team and willbe responsible for the timely and budgeted relocation of the OxfordClinic and TDP Support Office to their new premises. The BPM willsteer and manage the overall relocation project providingleadership management and project management skills to develop thenew clinic and Support Office environments.

    Theoverall mission is to deliver a new clinic and support office totime and on budget.

    About therole

    • This is a fixedterm 68 month fulltime role however flexibility in this will beconsidered
    • The base location for this role isOxford Ideally youll live within one hour travel of thisarea
    • Based from the TDP Support Office inOxford

    What youlldo

    • Have responsibilityand ownership for delivery of relocating our Oxford Clinic& Head Office Refit Project to correct specification OnTime and within Budget following correct process.
    • Identify and manage risks and issues associated with theproject providing solutions to keep the project on time
    • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and developexcellent working relationships across the Team Business and ourexternal partners and stakeholders
    • Carry outmeasured surveys of property and prepare plans and reports toappropriate Standards to inform the Design Team of project progressand requirements
    • Manage the planning ofproject activities and assign responsibilities
    • Work with the Design Team to ensure that adequate andtimely information is provided
    • With assistancefrom the Chief Financial Officer formulate and agree accuratedetailed costs for each part of the project and final costs withinagreed timescales to ensure projects are delivered to budget and totime.
    • Ensure projects and contractors complywith required Regulations and Standards
    • Supervise all works OnSite and achieve handover to ourretail team to agreed specification and on time
    • Prepare and issue regular project reports to the team onany issues that are likely to delay the completion or materiallyaffect the cost or the quality of the project
    • Communicate in the correct manner across the Project Teamand WiderBusiness

    Aboutyou

    You will fit right into thisrole if you can demonstrate:

    • Able touse/read AutoCAD
    • Proficiency in IT (WordExcel Outlook)
    • Strong attention todetail
    • Excellent planning and organisingskills
    • Ability to work under pressure andmultitask
    • Previous experience within aShopfitting or Construction Role would be essential
    • An ability to develop and maintain internal and externalrelationships
    • Project Management Experienceideally gained within a similar role in a fastpaced retailenvironment would be highly desirable
    • Full UKDriving License
