- develop high-quality presentations to drive decision making with senior management
- facilitate key projects and prioritize ad-hoc topics of Digital, Information and Data Legal team that impacts multiple functions within the team
- collaborate across multiple functions and locations and work with Global teams to achieve business targets
- ensure regulatory requirements (local and global) and UBS policy requirements are fully integrated into our processes
- coordinate and drive wide range of tasks such as planning, analytical, administrative, logistical or quality control to ensure a smooth day to day business operation
- strong knowledge of MsOffice, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- risk, project, people management and business analysis experience
