    Job Introduction Eliza is the UK's fastest growing fashion, beauty and lifestyle social publisher, helping millennial and Gen Z. women navigate and shop the high street.

    Through our fast-growing TikTok and Instagram accounts as well as our newsletters, we have quickly built an engaged audience who love our relatable shopping recommendations.

    We are now looking for someone to join our growing sales team to help secure revenue opportunities via content partnerships with fashion, beauty & lifestyle brands.

    This role will be responsible for identifying a target list of relevant brands, securing new business, retaining key spenders & ultimately increasing revenue across Eliza's channels.

    You will work alongside the content teams to identify commercial opportunities and assist in the delivery of them. This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative, young, social first team. This role reports into the commercial director.

    Main Responsibilities Identifying key clients to approach Responding to briefs and pro-actively pitching commercial ideas Pitching effectively to all levels at agencies and clients who may be unfamiliar with our brand and what we offer, taking a consultative, solution based approach to clients business Creating pitch material and working with the content teams to create mock ups that will help close deals Developing client relationships to ensure ongoing, repeat business and new lead generation Thinking strategically and creatively about new opportunities for revenue growth and working with internal teams at Eliza to achieve Working towards (and pushing to exceed) agreed targets Ensuring smooth delivery of all campaigns from beginning to end.

    Invoicing and admin management Person Specification 2+ years digital media sales experiences with an emphasis on social and video An entrepreneurial, pro-active attitude Agood track record in hitting/exceeding targets and a strong established network An interest in fashion & beauty and ideally experience of selling in thesecategories Fantastic lead generation skills, along with the ability to close new business and develop accounts to maximumpotential Clear demonstrable knowledge of digital, social and emerging media landscapes and trends Demonstrated experience in directadvertiser relationships Experiencein achieving group goals and hitting your personal targets Ability to spot opportunities, set up meetings with and present to key Client, PR's and Agencypersonnel Ability to create stand outsales decks, sales pitches and case studies.
