Maintenance and Facilities Manager Woking - £50k - £65k Plus BonusPermanent position to join a globally leading pharmaceutical company, managing 3 departments including electrical, mechanical, and calibration.
Leading a team of 5 direct reports, ensuring and maintaining UK and company regulations, biosecurity, and GMP standards to enable the reliable and safe operation of the manufacturing facility.
Ensure a disciplined and coordinated approach to all maintenance activities on the Pirbright site to provide a professional service to the customer and continuously improve equipment reliability and availability.
# Develop and implement TPM based tools and techniques to ensure the effectiveness of department activity while respecting the obligation of critical maintenance.# Oversee maintenance contracts and ensure both compliance and effectiveness.
# Monitor team performance on physical data and metrics and provide guidance and coaching for improvement.
# 3-5 years' experience leading and working in a GMP or highly regulated facility.
~ Excellent organizational, communication, and man-management skills.
~ In-depth experience of the production of veterinary/human medicines within a quality assurance environment.
~ Strong maintenance background, degree qualified in a relevant discipline with experience in a previous senior post.
~ Good IT skills (MS Office, Minitab, Visio).
