- Ensure that superior customer service is always delivered to all customers
- Set up and maintain auction information systems
- Enter contracts and equipment specifications into the auction system
- Balance auction results, and take care of accounts receivable, collections and banking responsibilities.
- Verify that funds have been collected, and that correct lien holders are paid.
- Process vehicle titles, registrations and legal transfer documents.
- Liaise with all teams including finance, sales and yard to resolve customer issues.
- Multiple years of customer service experience in an international and/or highly complex environment
- Fantastic computer skills, including the ability to master new systems and enter data quickly and accurately.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills.

To keep on offering excellent service to our customers, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager in Maltby (GB) .
Responsibilities
Before, during and after our auctions you are the number-one point of contact, for both customers and your colleagues. You live and breathe customer satisfaction and go up over and beyond to make that happen, even if you need to take many hurdles to uphold the Ritchie Bros. philosophy of providing exceptional service.
Every few weeks our team has a great challenge, meeting all auction targets and doing it in a way that even our longest clients are amazed once again. Taking on this challenge as a team is what provides a lot of fun. On top of that, with every achievement the team builds an even stronger bond. Even though you go through the same auction cycle, no day is the same. This highly divers job will ask a lot from you and your colleagues.
You will be accountable for:
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and a highly organized team player with a focus on customer service. You easily set expectations with the customers and know how to (pro-actively) solve internal issues that might have an effect on the customers' experience. You can think quickly and make good decisions on the fly (auction time is intense and hectic). You have both outstanding people skills and are able to work independently. We conduct hundreds of live auctions each year around the world. It takes a hardworking team of energetic people in a wide variety of full-time and part-time roles to conduct a successful multi-million dollar auction - from equipment inspectors, yard managers and operators to administrative staff and customer service representatives.
