    FinOps Delivery Manager

    Location: HybridLondon/Remote 2 days per week in London

    Salary:

    SCCLEARANCE

    This role requires SCclearance and in future will require DV clearance. Upon joiningCloudscaler we will undertake SC clearance checks so you must beeligible to pass SC clearance and ideally DV clearance.

    What were lookingfor

    We are looking for a FinOpsDelivery Manager with a thorough understanding of cost optimisationwithin the cloud to lead on the implementation of FinOps practicesacross multiple engineering teams.

    You will bedriving a culture change to embed FinOps practices so will need tobe proactive resilient and driven to change mindsets and ways ofworking.

    • Cloud FinOps experienceeither AWS or Azure. Experience in a multicloud AWS and Azureenvironment is ideal
    • Experience setting upCloud FinOps operations
    • Experience drivingculture changes ensuring FinOps practices are adopted and embeddedby all engineering teams
    • Strong understandingof cloud platforms ideally AWS and where changes to engineeringpractices can be made to reducecosts

    What youll bedoing

    You will be working withour customers to implement and improve their FinOps approach toensure cloud financial management and controls areimplemented.

    You will be leading theimplementation of a new FinOps practice ensuring all engineeringteams adopt and embed new ways of working to ensure FinOpscompliance

    • Driving change acrossmultiple teams motivating them to embed a FinOps culture withintheir work
    • Championing FinOps across theorganisation promoting the benefits of costoptimisation
    • Embedding FinOps culture bestpractices and change throughout theorganisation
    • Working closely with cloudengineering teams to identify opportunities to reduce costs and/oroptimise usage
    • Ensuring cloud FinOps and cloudusage complies with security and complianceregulations
    • Implementing tagging strategyacross teams
    • Implementing financial managementprocesses and strategies ensuring a view of costs across allvendors
