Are you ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic team, driving success in London's utilities programme and other key projects across the UK?     As a Senior Planner, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of their utilities programme and other key projects.

    Reporting to the UK Planning Lead, you will lead a team of planners and provide mentorship and guidance to junior members.

    With plenty of growth potential, this role offers the opportunity to evolve into a management position for the right candidate.

    Manage project control activities, including live updates, impacted programmes, delays, and early warnings
    # Build close relationships with Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and Directors
    # Strategize the critical path of works to float activities across projects without impact
    # Utilize knowledge of P6 and NEC Contracts to streamline project operations

    Oversee project control activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines
    # Lead client meetings and presentations, conveying project updates and addressing concerns
    # Collaborate with internal teams to optimize project performance and mitigate risks
    # Mentor junior planners, offering guidance and support in their professional development
    # Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance project efficiency

    Proven planning experience in project management or related field
    Onsite experience in project management, preferably including large residential projects
    Proficiency in project management software such as P6
