    Your New Job Title:
    Mandarin speaking Executive Secretary to the Chairman

    The Skills You'll Need:
    Mandarin fluent, secretary, driving license, office management

    Your New Salary:
    up to £55k, depending on experience
    Office based
    Perm


    Start:

    ASAP
    are fluent in Mandarin
    have driving license
    can travel for business purposes without restrictions in Europe
    Organize and oversee meetings, travel arrangements, events, and schedules, optimizing the utilization of time and resources.
    Facilitate communication and coordination between the Chairman and the senior management team.
    Accompany the Chairman on global business trips and adeptly handle all travel-related matters.
    Of Chinese descent.
    Holds both a bachelor's and master's degree from a recognized British university, preferably in Economics or Business. Supplementary work experience is advantageous.
    Previous exposure in a parallel capacity, coupled with familiarity in executive office protocols, is strongly favoured.
    Displays proficiency in office software, encompassing the Microsoft Office suite and beyond.
    Exhibits mastery in both written and spoken English.
    Driving license
