- Manage complex care packages for clients with complex needs in the community.
- Develop and implement management systems to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with care staff to develop and implement training programs to enhance service quality.
- Analyse data and feedback to identify trends, address issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure care plans are person-centred and meet the changing needs of our clients.
- Act as a liaison between our organisation and regulatory bodies, maintaining strong relationships.
- Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous learning within the team.
- An annual salary of £45,000 to £50,000.
- The opportunity to work full-time with travel across Lancashire.

- Have experience in a similar setting.
- Possess excellent clinical skills in complex care, including peg feeds, ventilators, and tracheostomy management.
- Have an extensive understanding of CQC regulations.
