    Introduction

    As Toluna enters its next phase of exciting growth we are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Account Director to drive this next chapter in our business.

    The right candidate will join an already successful team with a clear segment focus and target some of the largest FMCG, media, telco, entertainment and financial services firms in the world.     Responsibilities

    • Growing the business with your clients, each year
    • Developing new & existing buying points
    • Selling across the sull solutions suite for Toluna and MetrixLab
    • Identify key customer needs and high value opportunities and write proposals that meet these needs
    • Compiling and monitoring sales forecasts and creating a robust pipeline of opportunities
    • Collaborate with Marketing team and Managing Director to ensure the company is reaching its target audience and generating the right content and calibre of inbound leads
    • Ensuring the client is receiving the highest level of consultancy & insight;
    • Delivered through close working relationships with research & impact consultant teams
    • People & Team
    • As a player/manager lead a small sales team in a fast-moving agile business and inspire colleagues to do their best work

    Key Tasks

    • Selling across the full solutions portfolio (DIY to full consultancy projects)
    • Proposal design & development, including leading costing for large, custom projects and big pitches
    • Working closely with research to deliver best in class insight, and strong client satisfaction. Attend story telling meetings, review reports before they go, attend de-briefs and if needed co-present
    • Client & account management

    Required Skillset

    • Proven experience of successfully growing a portfolio with blue-chip clients through consultative selling
    • Sales experience within the research sector, Insight, business intelligence or data background
    • Demonstrable ability to take a new client on a journey resulting in the account growing from a single project to an enterprise level deal
    • Experienced and comfortable selling into C-Suite / Head of level
    • Team building and management experience
