Description
Electricity North West has an exciting opportunity for an Organisational Development Business Partner to join our inclusive team. This full-time role is based in Blackburn or Manchester and offers a salary of up to £60,000 per year with excellent benefits.
Our Role
As an Organisational Development Business Partner, you will lead and deliver an approach to Organisational Development that enables capability development and engeneers a high-performance culture across the organisation. You will work collaboratively across directorates to support and deliver leadership development, talent development through high quality learning and development solutions. You will be a customer facing business partner to identify, design and deploy organisational development interventions.
You will partner with HRBPs and Senior Leadership Team to implement change, coaching, organisational development, deploy performance management processes and learning projects aligned to the People strategy and directorate requirements. You will also empower and develop the coaching capability across the organisation working closely with leadership at all levels and business specialists to support business process improvements and a high-performance culture.
What we are looking for
