    As the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, increase market share, and drive revenue growth within the high net worth segment.

    You will lead and motivate a talented team to cultivate relationships with high-profile clientele, leveraging your expertise in luxury sales and marketing to drive success.

    ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy and Execution:
    Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate and expand market share within the high net worth segmentDrive sales performance by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key clients, and maximising revenue streamsLead the sales team to achieve ambitious targets, providing guidance, support, and motivation to exceed expectationsUtilise market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth

    Marketing and Brand Development:
    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to enhance brand visibility and prestige within the luxury automotive sectorDirect and collaborate with the creative team to develop captivating marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and experiential activationsOversee and ensure the implementation of innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, and partnershipsEnsure brand consistency and integrity across all touchpoints, maintaining a cohesive brand image aligned with the company's values and ethos

    Client Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, VIP clients, and key stakeholders to drive customer loyalty and retentionAct as a brand ambassador, representing the company at exclusive events, luxury showcases, and industry gatherings to strengthen relationships and build brand prestigeProvide personalised service and bespoke solutions to meet the unique needs and desires of high-profile clientele, fostering long-term partnerships and advocacy

    Team Leadership and Development:


    Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvementProvide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities to empower team members to reach their full potential and achieve individual and collective goalsFoster a positive and inclusive work environment where creativity, innovation, and teamwork thrive, driving employee engagement and retention.

    Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

    Proven track record of success in luxury automotive sales and marketing, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership roleDeep understanding of the high net worth market segment, with a network of high-profile clients and industry contactsStrong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales and marketing strategiesExcellent communication skills both written and verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at the highest levelsDemonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams to achieve ambitious targets and optimise team performancePassion for luxury automobiles, craftsmanship, and innovation, with a keen eye for detail and qualityIT literate – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to and advanced levelJoin the dynamic group and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of luxury automotive excellence.
