    We're on the lookout for a high-performing, yet humble Account Manager/Client Manager with a strong tech background and interest to play a pivotal role in our rapid expansion within the UK market. As one of Europe's fastest-growing companies in the industry, expanding in the UK & Ireland remains a key strategic focus.

    As part of the Client Management team, you'll be responsible for winning over new clients as well as growing our client partnerships and forming true long term partnerships. As part of the UK & Ireland team, you'll focus on the UK/Ireland market where the demand for skilled developers is growing.

    What your week will look like:

    • Lead initial client 'Intro' meetings to gain an in-depth understanding of their business and development needs, effectively pitch Proxify, and secure next steps to matching them with their next developer
    • Effectively lead the clients through the customer journey setting a solid foundation in forming long term partnerships
    • Grow accounts by being a trusted partner to our clients helping them build out their tech teams
    • Work closely with our Client Engineering team and carefully match the opportunity with the right developer
    • Onboard clients as well as maintain and develop strong client relationships
    • Continuously contribute to improving our ways of working and increasing efficiency and success as we grow and evolve

    • Have hands-on tech experience, maybe as a technical project manager or in a similar role
