    Description

    As a Private Medical Insurance Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and acquiring new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

    Based in Southampton, you will be part of a dynamic sales team dedicated to providing tailored healthcare solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

    Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and challenges of prospective clients, tailoring sales pitches accordingly.

    Provide expert guidance on policy features, benefits, and coverage options, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the sales process.

    Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and ongoing support.


    • Sales Pipeline Management:
    • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of sales opportunities, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups to advance deals through the sales cycle.
    • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools effectively to maintain accurate records and maximize efficiency in sales activities.

    Performance Metrics:

    • Meet and exceed individual sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve sales techniques, leveraging feedback and training resources to enhance effectiveness.
    Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.


    • Results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
    • Knowledge of private medical insurance products and industry regulations is advantageous.
    • Relevant qualifications such as CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) or CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) certifications are desirable.
