    They are now looking to strengthen their HR team with the appointment of a HR Business Partner.

    The RoleAre you an experienced HR professional seeking a new challenge in the FMCG sector? We're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our client's dynamic team.

    In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in partnering with leaders to implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.

    You'll oversee organizational design, talent management, employee engagement, and more, contributing directly to our client's continued growth and success.
    The position is office based with the flexibility to work from home two days a week. The role will also include regular travel to other sites across the company. About You Of graduate calibre, you possess proven experience working as a HR Manager / Business Partner or Officer.

    You have a strong understanding of HR best practices and commercial drivers and are fully conversant with current UK employment legislation and ideally change management.

    You can demonstrate a proven track record in organizational design and talent management. The job requires a highly motivated, self-starter with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You possess a resilient, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
    You'll have the opportunity to shape the HR landscape of a leading FMCG organization.

    You'll work alongside talented professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment, driving meaningful change and contributing to the company's continued success.
