    Based on financial sector know-how and expertise in cloud technology, we provide a set-up of customer-facing and daily banking services which include: digital onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, and lending with a white-label mobile app channel access.

    We are currently looking for a Account Development Manager/Director ready to join our adventure.
    In particular you will deliver outstanding service, and actively address any client concerns
    Lead comprehensive customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements with aim to achieve growth of client account
    Develop and execute account plans and strategies to grow business with the client, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and deepening client engagement
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to better understand client needs
    Track and communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders and forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
    Negotiate contract terms and pricing, and ensure timely renewals of existing agreements
    Based on data and your knowledge, you will identify and implement improvements into account management processes and practices, contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our organisation

    Collaborate with technical, delivery and support teams across Vodeno to ensure the effective delivery of timely, profitable and successful client services.

    5+ years of experience as an Account Manager in fintech industry with proven track record of successfully delivering growth of client accounts
    ~ Understanding and knowledge of Banking-as-a-Service market, technologies, players and major future trends
    ~ Ability to establish peer relationships with senior client representatives as well as with internal teams
    ~ Outstanding analytical skills and ability to use data and business intelligence for drawing conclusion and decision making
    ~ Fluency in Polish and English
