    Description
    A leading provider of wireless control solutions for industrial applications, that has been established for over 30 years.

    They manufacture a diverse product range spanning agriculture, automotive, and automation, the design approach allows customized solutions to meet individual requirements.

    They are seeking a dynamic Head of Research and Development to play a pivotal role in leading the technical teams, shaping product development, and contributing to product roadmaps.

    This role is a blend of technical expertise, line management, strategic thinking, and commercial support.

    Take ownership of and provide technical guidance to engineering teams, comprising electronics engineers and software engineers
    Ensure a seamless transition between development and production ramp-up, employing effective methodologies and processes.
    Uphold the highest standards in product design and testing, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards.
    Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to identify and develop new product opportunities, shaping future roadmaps.
    throughout the Research and Development phase.

    Extensive knowledge of C language.
