- Ideate creative propositions and proactively pitch these to clients.
- Develop 'new logo' sales and lead the strategy and implementation of Credera services through a combination of your own network and leveraging wider business relationships, to generate revenue of circa £3-5m annually.
- Maintain a strong network of potential clients in positions with the authority to buy Credera services.
- Work collaboratively with other Credera teams to drive our business strategy, new capabilities, and value propositions.
- Be accountable for sales strategy, expanding our delivery at current clients and working with other functions on new business generation.
- Work with Bid Management to develop compelling win strategies and run successful bid execution.
- Be accountable for client delivery across Public Sector, prioritising our clients to bring the best of Credera to solve their most complex solutions.
- Contribute to the production of account plans, including agreement on revenue targets and recruitment profile.
- Build Credera's and your own personal eminence in the market, through thought leadership, public speaking and by achieving positive outcomes for our clients and Credera.
- Help develop and inspire our talent through coaching, mentoring, and promoting Credera values of: Integrity, Intelligence, Personal Touch, Tenacity and Pragmatism within our firm and at our clients.
- Worked in a management consultancy and understands and can articulate the range of business and technology services and capabilities we offer to our clients using a consultative style.
- Has a strong background in business and technology consulting sales and can demonstrate a track record in originating and securing new logo clients/ opportunities and developing these into major accounts.
- An extensive personal network in Central Government. This network should include senior IT, C-level and potential clients that have substantial IT/ Business spend.
- Experience of working in and navigating highly complex, political and matrix environments.
- Experience in working with partner organisations (e.g. cloud providers, software vendors, ecosystem partners).
- An ability to understand, explain and present complex ideas to audiences at all levels in a persuasive and convincing manner.
- Delivered complex technology and business transformation programmes and projects with multi-million-pound budgets across varying team sizes.
- Perceptive, personable, culturally sensitive and demonstrate a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Able to work collaboratively in a matrix organisation and manage and nurture varied, senior stakeholder relationships.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills - is as compelling on paper as is in person.
- A collaborative, creative and open style, working with the broader firm to achieve sector sales targets.
- Comfortable attending networking events and confident in public speaking situations, supporting Credera's overall brand profile.

Based out of any of our UK offices, this is a permanent role within our Client Function. Working closely with our clients is key to successful outcomes, and so travel to both UK and international on occasion is a requirement.
