    Description

    Are you passionate about construction and driven to excel in technical sales? We're seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Manager to join our team, covering the vibrant territories of North London and Anglia. If you thrive on building relationships and closing deals, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, surveyors, and contractors, acting as a trusted advisor in their projects.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategically targeting key accounts to drive sales growth.
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance on our building envelope products, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Requirements:
    • Proven experience in construction sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
    • Technical knowledge of roofing or cladding products is highly desirable, enabling you to engage with clients confidently.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Full driving license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
