    Description
    Business Support Apprenticeship (18 Months)
    The successful applicant will be based within a busy team supporting our children's social care teams. We will provide you with a structured programme of training, leading to a Business Administration level 3 qualification.

    You will have good IT skills and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    You will need to be working towards achieving a minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade 9-4, including Maths and English.

    Administering billing and process invoices and purchase orders,


    • Dealing with customer enquires over the telephone and face to face.
