    Exciting Opportunity for a Marketing Manager in Peterborough

    Are you a creative and forward-thinking marketer looking for your next challenge? We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, who is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team in Peterborough.

    As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in shaping their marketing strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.

    With a competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000, and Monday to Friday fully office-based hours, this role offers an exciting opportunity for career advancement.

    Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
    Create compelling marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
    Communicate with senior management about existing and new marketing activities.
    Demonstrate strong project management skills to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
    Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI.
    Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
    Previous experience in marketing, working for a small company, with service sector experience (Desirable)
    Evidence of solid and consistent marketing experience of 4 years plus.
    Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload, with the freedom to be creative.
    A creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies independently.
    Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.36 days annual leave including bank holidays.
    Ability to purchase or sell annual leave.
    Invitation to company annual retreats & R&R weekends.
