    An exciting opportunity has arisen in our EMEA Finance team for a Billing Specialist. This role is part of the regional billing team, a team of circa 25, that forms part of the larger finance team (a total team of approx. 90 people) supporting the EMEA region of FTI Consulting. The role is responsible for the billing requests from the Strategic Communications segment, covering multiple EMEA countries.

    This is a high volume, low value invoicing role with a mixture of complex project based, fixed-fee billing & disbursement billing.

    Review client project setup to ensure accuracy for Billing: fees/rates, client address details, discounts, VAT implications
    Finalisation of client invoices in FTI Billing system (Unit 4) including WIP adjustments, write offs, discounts, narrative amendments, progress billing and credit notes where required
    E-Billing - Onboarding and Upload Bills to the clients E-Billing Platforms (where required)

    Strong oral, verbal and written communication skills
    3 years+ billing experience ideally within a professional services environment
    ~ Hands on experience of Unit 4 is preferable but not essential
