    Head of Brand Marketing - London, United Kingdom - Permanent Futures

    Description

    Futures are working with a super-fast growing start-up business within the health and wellness channel business , they have taken the market by storm and are trusted and used by 50+ pro sports teams, including Liverpool FC, Arsenal, Watford and Leeds UTD.

    Their product range includes a comprehensive formulation suitable for vegan and full or organic products as well as sustainable packaging.

    Having recently secured a multi-million-pound investment they are expanding within their commercial team and hiring for 5 roles within the business

    As Head of Marketing you will oversee the full marketing function managing at team of Marketing Executive, Trade Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer and PR as well as a dotted line report from Ecommerce & Growth Manager.

    You will set the brand strategy focusing on the 'bigger picture' – hitting goals across awareness, consideration and conversion.

    You will be part of the senior leadership working alongside the Head of Sales and MD/Founder to make integral decisions for the growth of the business.

    Have a deep understanding of retailers, channels and consumers across the UK and Ireland to develop and execute a disruptive 360 marketing strategy that is consistent across all consumer touchpoints – with the core objective being to increase brand awareness, drive consideration and ultimately brand love.

    Define, lead and direct the team on the overall creative and design of the brand across earned, owned and paid media

    Ensure all marketing campaigns and activations are shared with the wider team so that they are living and breathing the brand.

    Review, report and help set marketing KPIs and ROI on campaigns to take the learnings and strive for a cycle of continuous improvement based on the data.

    Have a strong understanding of the retail team needs and regularly work alongside the Head of Sales to deliver meaningful commercial trade activations and present brand plans at customer meetings.

    Build best in class partnerships with influencers and like-minded brands in the industry.

    Work very closely with the E-commerce Manager through a commercial lens to help us deliver our Amazon and DTC targets through UX/UI, SEO, PPC, content and range improvements.

    Identify NPD and EPD opportunities and spearhead these projects from ideation through to best-in-class
    3-5 years FMCG experience (at least 2 years at an SME)
    Experience in trade marketing (including Grocery and High Street channels)
    Experience in brand building and brand activation
    Experience in omni channel marketing (in-store and online)
    Experience in devising and implementing strategic plans with creative flair
    A strategic and creative thinker
