    Global Partner Marketing Manager

    Reports to :
    VP, Global Demand Generation (Incl Field, Channel, Demand and Partner)
    Permanent - Hybrid if based in UK, Remote if outside of UK

    Compensation:
    Up to £75,000 (Base) + Company Performance Bonus + Share Options

    As the Global Partner Marketing Manager, you will be a key player in driving growth with and through our partners.

    Your role involves developing and executing effective marketing programs that support the complete partner lifecycle. Crafting and implementing a global partner marketing strategy to drive recruitment, engagement, and revenue from our partner ecosystem.
    Directly collaborating with iProov's partners to execute co-marketing initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

    Working closely with the wider marketing team to create content and activities tailored to the needs of our partners, while also being adept at producing content based on existing material.

    Serving as the primary partner marketing contact internally and externally, advocating for partners in discussions and driving alignment, goal setting, planning, execution, and measurement with partners in mind.

    Developing a deep understanding of iProov's business model, our partners, and their GTM strategies to appropriately size marketing activities.

    Devising a comprehensive measurement framework for partner marketing to demonstrate how activities align with iProov's partner KPIs, providing valuable data-driven insights.

    3-5 years of prior experience in partner marketing, product marketing, field marketing, or demand generation at an identity, cybersecurity, or technology vendor.

    ~ Demonstrated growth mindset, adept at balancing the art and science of marketing.
    ~ Strong analytical and data-driven orientation.
    ~ Experience in project management and/or working effectively with cross-functional teams.
    ~ Strategic and critical thinker with a high capacity to synthesize data and insights.
    ~ Proven track record of working in a commercially aligned marketing function.
