A Delivery Leader works in small teams to engage government leaders, partners, and specialized experts in delivering the most significant impact to their people through policy-driven work.
You will improve policy outcomes through your work to formulate and test recommendations and support decision-making at senior government, multilateral and social impact organization levels.
You'll build capacity for data-driven decision-making with Deliverology to help our clients deliver meaningful, measurable results for citizens.Delivery Leaders receive excellent training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from peers and experts.
Delivery Associates provides pathways for Delivery Leaders to sharpen presentation skills, improve client engagement, and increase areas of specific expertise.
Delivery Leaders (DLs) work hand-in-hand with our clients (in government, multilateral,philanthropy, and nonprofit organizations).They are comfortable building and leading direct client relationships, drafting materials based on client needs and feedback from other DA team members, and being both proactive and reactive within a typical professional services client project context.
Model and analyze data:
Turn raw data into actionable insights and recommendations, whether through excel or other platforms.
speak clearly and concisely in remote and in-person settings.
Prioritize and manage projects:
Bring clear structure and planning to day-to-day work and communication.

Must have business-level proficiency in English; proficiency in other European language is highly desirable
Must be based in or willing to relocate to the UnitedKingdom (UK).
Flexible to travel outside the UK for project-related work
Remote, with willingness to travel up to 50% when needed
Demonstrated ability and experience working with senior client stakeholders (preferably government or public sector adjacent)
