    What you'll do

    Identify and engage with potential new clients within the legal sector, focusing on large law firms, to introduce them to the transformative potential of Office & Dragons' platform.

    Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including product demonstrations, negotiation, and contract signing, with a keen focus on selling legal technology solutions.

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations, understanding their needs and demonstrating how our platform can meet them.

    Collaborate with the customer success and product development teams to relay client feedback and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our offerings.

    Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position Office & Dragons in the market.
    Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.
    Essential
    A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, specifically selling legal technology solutions to large law firms.

    Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and build business relationships, with the skill to adapt discussions for technical and non-technical audiences across various levels of seniority.

    A results-driven approach, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Familiarity with the legal industry and its workflows, coupled with a customer-centric mindset and a strong empathy for clients' needs.

    Proficiency in utilizing computer applications, with a quick aptitude for learning and explaining new features.
    Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating strong accountability, time management, and attention to detail.
    Stable, high-speed internet connection for remote work.
    Native or professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
    Based in the UK, eligible to work in the UK, and registered as a UK taxpayer.
    Nice-to-Have's
    Familiarity with transactional legal workflows, especially around contract drafting.
    Experience thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
