- Assist in the preparation of contracts, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide occasional administrative support to CEO and commercial team including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
