    Exceptional opportunity for a bright, hard-working and driven Client Service & Marketing Assistant to join this successful boutique investment firm based in the heart of London's Mayfair.

    Joining a close-knit and supportive Marketing & Sales team, this is a fantastic time to join as the company is going through an exciting period of growth and will be introducing new products to their clients and the market.

    As Marketing & Client Service Assistant you will be working in lock-step with the Head of Client Services and proactively supporting the sales team of 5 in producing an array of marketing materials, and specific sales and marketing project work.

    Support Sales team in preparing materials for meetings and sales trips, maintenance of CRM and coordinating RFPs finalisation
    Communicate and liaise with various internal teams (e.g. marketing, legal, operations, compliance) in order to provide the necessary service
    Proactively answer queries from internal or external clients in a timely and professional manner (either by phone or email)
    General administration support and cover when required
    Involvement in specific project work on ad-hoc basis
    Ensure appropriate documentation is in place to reflect current best market practice and company policies
