- Provide HR support to the Senior HR Employee Experience Manager in the day to day running of the department and offering first line generic advice on policies and procedures in the absence of the Senior HR Employee Experience Manager and HR Director to all FleetCor and other parent company employees across the UK
- Support and where appropriate to advise managers and employees on organisational change, people management and performance measures in conjunction with the company handbook
- Provide first line support for initial employee relations case management and support employee relations issues (e.g. take notes at disciplinary and grievance hearings and conduct investigations)
- Support the onboarding of new employees by generating offer letters and contracts, co-ordinating interviews and carrying out HR team, administrative tasks for starters, leavers and the HR leadership team.
- Provide administrative support in areas including reward and recognition (including assistant to administrating the benefit and recognition schemes), learning and development, employee relations and communications. Support vendor management and act as a liaison with external benefit providers
- Undertake specific projects as determined by the HR plan
- Work in conjunction with the Senior HR Employee Experience Manager to review, update and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Employment Legislation.
- Be an ambassador for attention-to-detail, ensuring a high standard on all employee communications relating to HR
- Deliver/present manager and employee updates and programmes to all employee levels
- Travel one day a week to alternative site i.e. Swindon or Midlands area to support employees and managers with all HR aspects.
- CIPD level 3 working towards or to have level 5 certifications preferred
- 3 to 5 years of human resources operations experience
- Thorough knowledge of human resource principles and best practices
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; delivers messages in a clear, concise manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), MS Project preferred
