Autoguidovie , prima azienda privata di trasporto pubblico in Italia, è nata nel 1908 grazie alla visione del suo fondatore, Alberto Laviosa.

Per realizzare i nostri progetti, cerchiamo un brillante talento da inserire nel nostro team Controllo di Gestione con il ruolo di Junior Specialist in Pianificazione strategica e controllo di gestione.

Posizione

Il candidato, che riporterà al responsabile del controllo di gestione, si occuperà di:

Supporto nella gestione dei processi di Budget/Plan/Forecast e progressiva assunzione di responsabilità degli stessi;
Coordinamento con i Responsabili di funzione per supportarli nella pianificazione e nel controllo del budget;
Monitoraggio del livello di raggiungimento degli obiettivi di piano;
Gestione, analisi e monitoraggio del reporting periodico delle Business Area del Gruppo;
Sviluppo, gestione e monitoraggio di KPI e metriche atte a misurare le business performances;
Gestione della reportistica societaria, standardizzazione della reportistica a livello di Gruppo;
Fornire al management informazioni essenziali per il processo di decision-making;

La risorsa ricercata dovrà possedere:

laurea in Economia o Ingegneria gestionale;
esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni in aziende produttive strutturate, e/o esperienza in società di revisione/consulenza;
conoscenza della contabilità analitica;
buona conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office e, in particolar modo, di Excel e Power Point;
preferenziale conoscenza del Gestionale Business Central e Power BI;
ottime doti comunicative;
attitudine a lavorare in team con spirito collaborativo e proattivo;
curiosità, capacità analitiche e coraggio di lavorare in autonomia seguendo le linee guida.
