    MASTERD è leader nel settore della formazione aperta, che fa confluire lezioni in presenza attraverso i centri formativi nelle principali città e garantisce la flessibilità di una formazione in modalità FAD con altissimo grado di autonomia nel ritmo di studio.

    MasterD ha all'attivo un accordo con CorsiCEF per sviluppare il piano di espansione in Italia, che conta già due sedi formative operative a Milano e Torino con l'obiettivo di diventare un polo di riferimento italiano nell'offerta formativa.

    L'offerta integrata di MasterD raggiunge più di studenti all'anno nei mercati italiano, spagnolo e portoghese , e ha l'obiettivo di sviluppare il mercato italiano con 16 nuovi poli formativi entro il prossimo triennio.

    Per potenziare il dipartimento Finance, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Financial Controller

    Posizione

    Il Financial Controller , in riporto diretto al CFO Italia,

    • Contribuirà alla stesura del Reporting Package in accordo con i principi di Gruppo;
    • Predisporrà la reportistica interna per le diverse linee di business verificando gli scostamenti per principali KPI;
    • Analizzerà l'andamento dei costi fissi ed i relativi scostamenti;
    • Supporterà il processo di pianificazione e budgeting;
    • Parteciperà attivamente al miglioramento dei processi interni e all'efficientamento dell'attuale reportistica
    • Si interfaccerà con la Direzione, con tutte le funzioni della sede centrale, con l'headquarter spagnolo e con le filiali commerciali.

    Il nostro obiettivo è incontrare un/a candidato/a con:

    • Esperienza minima di 2 anni nel controllo di gestione di realtà mediamente strutturate;
    • Buona conoscenza della contabilità generale;
    • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;
    • Preferibile conoscenza del sistema gestionale Dynamiscs 365 Business Central;
    • Capacità di problem solving, flessibilità e gestione delle priorità;
    • Buone doti relazionali ed organizzative;
    • Attitudine a comprendere le dinamiche del business che si riflettono nei numeri della reportistica prodotta.
    • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata); Sarà considerato un plus in fase di selezione la conoscenza dello spagnolo

    RAL indicativa: 30.000€ € sulla base della seniority del/la candidato/a

    Orario di Iavoro: full time dal lunedì al venerdì

    Sede di Iavoro: Novara con disponibilità a visitare sporadicamente le sedi di Milano e Torino. Possibili trasferte brevi in Spagna
