    Red Bull UK is recruiting for a Tax Manager to be based in London, UK.

    The world of Red Bull is constantly changing. For our stakeholders, this can create amazing opportunities, but it may also involve new and unknown risks. The Tax Manager is responsible for the proactive management of the tax function, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations within the jurisdictions that RBCo and RBMHUK operate. In tandem with the core compliance responsibility, identifying opportunities for tax efficiency and risk management is key to the role both having an eye on the future while protecting and maintaining high standards of compliance and delivery in the present. The role requires an independent thinker that is comfortable challenging the status quo, confident to make recommendations to all levels of the business, operating as a technical expert and an approachable crutch to all departments in the business at the same time.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

    • Compliance Oversee all tax filings, including and not limited to, Corporation Tax, Transfer Pricing, CbCr, Statistical reporting, UK VAT, Belgium VAT, Irish VAT, SDIL, PSA, FEU, PPT, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with HMRC and other tax authorities' requirements. Partnering with operations, oversee the customs environment and ensure accurate Intrastat declarations. Stay up to date in changes in tax and financial accounting standards, laws and regulations, ensuring all company activities are compliant. Handle correspondence with HMRC and other tax authorities.
    • Advisory Be a trusted adviser to the business on initiatives across all departments, ensuring tax efficiency, alignment with the company goals and relatable solutions for business partners.
    • Reporting and Analysis Prepare and Report internal shareholder tax reporting requirements. Ensure accurate tax reporting in financial statements and disclosures.
    • Leadership and Management Lead and develop a culture of continuous improvement in the tax function and those that the tax manager business partners with. Collaborate with various departments to provide comprehensive tax insights and ensure a unified approach to the company's compliance first tax position.

    • Comprehensive and well-rounded understanding of UK tax laws and regulations.
    • Experience in tax strategy, compliance, reporting and risk management.
    • Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex tax matters to non-tax professionals.
    • Knowledge of SAP, AlphaTax and AlphaVAT preferred but not essential
    • Travel 0-10%
