    Senior Residents Services AssociateLocation:

    Central London Salary:
    up to£32,000 per annum Are you passionate about delivering unparalleled customer service and ready to elevate the living experience of residents?
    If you answered yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Senior Residents Services Associate.

    Deliver high-quality services including front & back of house functions, amenity space management, voids & unit management, tenancy, income management, and tenant involvement.

    Provide exceptional meet & greet, reception, and parcel handling services.
    Conduct inspections, lettings viewings, and handle ad-hoc tasks to ensure an excellent front-line service to residents.
    Address day-to-day enquiries from residents, escalating complaints where necessary.
    Liaise with and book contractors, cleaning, and maintenance operatives.
    Achieve operational and performance-based KPI targets.
    Seek opportunities to enhance service delivery and optimise customer experience.
    Manage the Resident Service budget, monitor it regularly, and ensure expenditure is within target.
    Prepare and ensure the delivery of shift handover documents.
    Previous experience in market rent properties, travel & tourism, or hospitality.
    Strong experience in business/private events is beneficial.
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
    Qualifications in Property or customer service are advantageous.
