    Fluent German Speaking Travel Resoultion Specialist

    Our client is a leading high-end travel and concierge company offering a travel and lifestyle concierge service to their members.

    They are now recruiting for a Fluent German Speaking Travel Resolution Specialist
    who will be responsible for resolving complaints and escalated complaints, providing support on all aspects of complaint resolution.
    Fluent German Speaking Travel Resolution Specialist will resolve complaints efficiently and collaborate cross-functionally to drive member-focused outcomes.

    To be considered, candidates must be fluent German speakers who have a proven background within dealing with and resolving complex customer complaints.

    This is a Monday to Friday role is offered on a Hybrid - London or fully remote basis within the UK


    Fluent German Speaking Travel Resolution Specialist Responsibilities:
    Actively receive and resolve complaints raised by members, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)
    Record all complaints accurately and propose enhancements to complaint handling processes.
    Provide timely support for urgent complaints and escalations, ensuring fair and member-focused outcomes.
    Participate in member success training and coaching sessions for Lifestyle Managers and Team Managers
    Fluent German Speaking Travel Resolution Specialist Experience Required
    Extensive experience within the travel industry in a similar role
    Fluent German Speaking Travel Resolutions Specialist Salary and Benefits
    Base Salary to £45,000 depending on experience.
    23 days annual leave
    Hybrid or remote
