    In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic initiatives across the Global Procurement Function, leveraging industry best practices, analysing metrics, and implementing best practices across Ariba and cross-functional ERP implementation, digitization, data integrity, and change management.

    Expertise in solving complex problems and transforming business performance through Lean and Six Sigma techniques, bringing order and structure to functions and organizations quickly.

    A successful change agent with the ability to make the case for lean, demonstrate immediate impact, and drive cultural change within the business.

    Develop and implement a Digital Excellence Framework for the Procurement function, enabling wing-to-wing systems optimization and transformation.
    Implement automation (RPA) and digital tools for improved productivity, better visibility, and resource optimization.
    Drive change management for Digital excellence by engaging internal and external stakeholders.

    Lead cross-functional collaboration to evaluate vendor master data and drive change in processes, policies, and systems to limit errors.

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

    Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Process Excellence, Quality Management, or an equivalent role, with knowledge of Digital excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Expertise in Org Wise ERP Deployment in Large Organizations.
    IT Project Management skillsets and working knowledge of Google, Nintex, Project Tools, etc.
    Experience as a lean leader with demonstrated ability in organizational transformation.
