    The Safeguarding Coordinator will work alongside EF London's existing safeguarding team for the busy summer period.

    With a school body of 1000 students, EF London welcomes year old language students between the months of June and August.

    Reporting to the Customer Support and Welfare Manager you will work as one of two Designated Safeguarding Leads within the school.

    Existing experience working in schools or with children/vulnerable adults is required. Customer service experience and complaints handling required. Experience working within safeguarding or welfare desirable, however full training will be given. Due to the nature of safeguarding cases, a flexible approach to work and working hours is required.

    This role has a large administration aspect and as such previous usage of CRM systems and/or Excel is strongly desired.

    Experience working with children/vulnerable adults
    Customer service and complaints handling
    Certified training in safeguarding, mental health, SEND and/or welfare.
    Experience with working in an education/child care setting
    Ability to use Excel and CRMs, writing reports and presenting information
    Flexible attitude to work and working hours
