    Description
    Our established client has an opening for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
    Bristol based - with option to work remotely approx. 3 days per week (flexibility required as some weeks you will need to be office based more often).
    Fantastic office space with excellent onsite facilities
    Full time hours - Monday - Friday 08.Salary - £24,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on level of experience)
    30 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

    • Pension 5% employer contribution 5% employee contribution
    • BUPA family private healthcare
    • Life Assurance 4 x salary
    Liaising with key clients via telephone and email, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently, and within an appropriate timeframe

    • Processing and supporting with orders, liaising with warehouse staff to track orders
    • Supporting with any delivery issues or service challenges
    • Managing the Customer Service inbox, ensuring this is cleared on a daily basis
