    Job Purpose:

    As the Head of Service for our southern based teams, you will play the pivotal role in leading and overseeing the operation for a dynamic team within managed services area

    Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality services to our clients, while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will be a leader of leaders, guiding and empowering your team members to achieve their full potential and exceed performance targets. By leveraging your expertise and leadership, you will drive operational efficiency, client delight and team development – which will ultimately lead to further success and growth of our organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver ever improving client experience and improved client retention
    • Lead and develop the team to improve performance levels and efficiencies, as measured by the focus areas and full year objectives
    • Focus on productivity gains whilst improving associate and client outcomes
    • To use the available technology and insights to drive increased positive client contact
    • Build ever stronger relationships between ADP and the clients across the team's area of influence
    • Deliver continually improve Associate engagement
    • Build stronger relationships between ADP and the clients across the team's area of influence
    • Actively develop and manage the First Line Managers in your team
    • Analyse payroll delivery performance to drive client and ADP process improvements
    • Ensure the safety of your client's data by process improvement and risk mitigation activities
    • Identify operational risk to ensure success against various audits
    • Business Continuity Planning
    • Challenge your team, yourself, and ADP associates to overachieve against objectives
    • Create a strong group of First Line Managers and ensure succession planning is in place for all managers
    • Coach, develop and motivate the team, to make sure the team meet their personal and business goals
    • Support sales growth by working collaboratively with the UK Sales function

    Skill Requirements:

    Must be able to demonstrate the following competencies.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills required
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
    • Strong client relationship building skills
    • Ability to demonstrate learning agility
    • The ability to lead in a high pressure environment
    • Organisational Skills: the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner
    • Excellent analytical and management skills are required, with the ability to lead and manage a team of Managers
    • Demonstrable experience of process or structural improvement
    • Relationship building, internal to ADP and with Clients
    • Demonstrable experience of operational management of a team
    • Excellent time management for self and team
    • Must be able to demonstrate the competencies as detailed in the Leadership Expectations
