    Reporting to the FinanceController you will be responsible for the finance function of aspecificbrand/brands.



    Requirements

    RoleandResponsibilities

    • Preparationof monthly accruals in accurate and timelymanner
    • Preparationof monthly deferred/accrueincome.
    • Reviewand sense check of monthly transactions and P&Lperformance.
    • Financialplanning and analysis processes for forecasting budgeting for thebrands.
    • Completingbalance sheetreconciliations.
    • FixedAssetsrecording.
    • Comparisonanalysis on monthly MIreporting.
    • Applingof Accruals andPrepayments.
    • Overseeingof accounts assistant Purchase/SalesLedger.
    • Developingand improving reporting pack for key stakeholders within the SLT ofthebrand.
    • Supportinternal and externalaudits.
    • Involvementin projects and continuous improvement inFinance.
    • Managingnew & existing supply chain (Accounts/Terms)
    • Reportingon specific project or departmentsperformance.
    • Processingintercompany invoicing and management ofledgers.
    • Reportingto group finance on own P&L Balance Sheet and WorkingCapitalperformance.
    • OtherAd hoc duties asrequired.

    Requirements

    • Qualifiedin CIMA/ACCA QBE will beconsidered.
    • Preferredexperience within structural and architecturalindustries.
    • Preferredexperience within construction industries & CISaccounting.
    • Workedin a fast pace environment with highvolumes.
    • Managementand developmentexperience.
    • ExcellentIT skills including experience of xero and advanced Excel reportingincluding pivot tables and complexformulae.
    • Goodattention to detailrequired.
    • Strongworkethic.
    • Abilityto work as a teammember.
    • Greatcommunications skills to rely key information tostakeholders.
    • StrongWorkEthic.

    Role and Responsibilities Preparation of monthly accruals inaccurate and timely manner Preparation of monthly deferred/accrueincome. Review and sense check of monthly transactions and P&Lperformance. Financial planning and analysis processes forforecasting, budgeting for the brands. Completing balance sheetreconciliations. Fixed Assets recording. Comparison analysis onmonthly MI reporting. Appling of Accruals and Prepayments.Overseeing of accounts assistant - Purchase/Sales Ledger.Developing and improving reporting pack for key stakeholders withinthe SLT of the brand. Support internal and external audits.Involvement in projects and continuous improvement in Finance.Managing new & existing supply chain (Accounts/ Terms)Reporting on specific project or departments performance.Processing intercompany invoicing and management of ledgers.Reporting to group finance on own P&L, Balance Sheet andWorking Capital performance. Other Ad hoc duties as required.Requirements Qualified in CIMA/ACCA, QBE will be considered.Preferred experience within structural and architecturalindustries. Preferred experience within construction industries& CIS accounting. Worked in a fast pace environment with highvolumes. Management and development experience. Excellent ITskills, including experience of xero and advanced Excel reporting,including pivot tables, and complex formulae. Good attention todetail required. Strong work ethic.
