    Description
    Londinium are actively recruiting for an experienced site manager to join one of our clients in running multiple new build and high rise projects

    Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for construction and a knack for managing new build projects and high-rise flats? We're looking for someone like you.


    Responsibilities:
    Oversee all aspects of new build projects and high-rise flats, from inception to completion. Lead and motivate on-site teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progression. Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and senior management, providing regular updates on project progress.


    Requirements:
    Proven experience in managing new build projects and high-rise flats.
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
    A commitment to quality and attention to detail.
    Desire to grow within the company and take on new challenges.
