    Description

    The Automation Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the organization. This role will involve collaborating with various teams to identify areas for automation and then implementing scalable solutions using tools and technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), scripting languages, and workflow automation platforms.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze current processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation.
    • Design and develop automated solutions to optimize repetitive tasks and increase productivity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement automation solutions.
    • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of automated processes to ensure reliability and accuracy.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on using automated tools and systems effectively.
    • Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and best practices to continually improve processes.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in automation development or related field.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or PowerShell.
    • Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar RPA platforms.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
