    Description
    Part-time (30 hours 9am-3pm) across Monday to Friday Permanent role
    Office based - London SW11

    Holiday starting at 22 days (plus Bank Holidays) increasing each year with the option to buy 5 additional days

    The Team & Environment Manager at bb is responsible for supporting the business by overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the office.

    This role entails managing all office needs on a day-to-day basis and serving as the primary point of contact for the company.

    Open up the office daily, and close when needed.
    Stock take and oversee the purchase of stationery and general office supplies including drinks, fruit & milk.
    Meet & greet clients and visitors.
    Optimising office operations, ensuring a productive work environment and implement/run processes that maintain this standard moving forward.
    Managing maintenance and service providers, overseeing office appearance and supplies.

    Oversea any problems that need fixing within the office space (liaise with a sourced & trusted handyman/the landlord) – and fix things themselves which are easy and manageable to do so.


    Office Admin:
    Handing administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing mail, coordinating meetings and refreshments, booking couriers and facilitating office changes of documents,
    Maintain office documentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards,
    Research projects for office-related requirements – e.g. socials.
    Assist with the booking and researching of travel, hotels, visas, and restaurants for the team and clients.
    Set up staff laptops, and onboard new staff with regard to the office.

    Exceptional attention to detail, high initiative, and an ability to work autonomously, supporting the brand brewery team during times of increased pressure.

    Flexibility to adapt to the day and environment – both proactively offering support or being available to jump in and help the team
    Manages multiple projects effectively
    Demonstrate accountability whilst working in an agile way to deliver results
    Comfortable booking large amounts of travel

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office, mandatory
    Basic Knowledge of Macs and their software

    Experience in office management
    Experience in building management
    Fluent spoken and written English.
