    About the School

    Granby – Dingle Children Centre is an amazing Children Centre , with split site locations in the heart of Dingle and Granby.

    The Centre is managed by the lead school, Kingsley Community Primary.

    The local community is diverse and it is an exciting place to work The Centre and our host schools are highly aspirational and welcome the chance to bring really skilled and committed member to our team.

    We are looking for an ambitious, dedicated and skilled professional to join and help to lead our team.

    Do you have a background in family link work/ early help or social care , with the ability to support and lead other professionals to make a real difference to our families? We need someone who is passionate about local priorities and community support and who can have a real impact on the lives of our youngest children.

    They will be committed to multi agency working and to facilitating excellent working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

    The successful candidate will have expertise in areas including early help, early education, School readiness and family support, but they will also be able to support their team to ensure everyone has impact.

    A key element of this role is the ability to support leadership and management of the team.

    They will be a leader who can inspire, and support the team through an exciting period of change in our Centre.

    The post is a busy one, with a flexible approach to hours, location and duties a must, and the successful candidate will need to think on their feet and deal with conflicting demands.

    The successful candidate will know how to tailor the centre's offer to suit the needs of our families, and will know how to support both local and national targets creatively and with impact.
