Inbound Lead Management:
Efficiently manage, quote, and conclude inbound finance inquiries.
New Business Development:
Seek out new opportunities to increase Love Finance's clientele and presence in the market.
Strategic Planning:
Craft and execute comprehensive business, marketing, and sales strategies to achieve divisional goals.
Enhancing Brand Visibility:
Elevate Love Finance's market presence through professional networking and targeted promotional activities.
Upholding Operational Excellence:
Adhere to operational standards and credit criteria, employing measures to prevent fraud and mitigate risks.
Ensure full adherence to lending and regulatory guidelines.
Drive income growth from both existing and new accounts, as measured by Fees Income and Volumes.
Meeting KPIs:
Fulfil Key Performance Indicators as outlined by the Sales Director.
Meet cross-sales objectives across all product categories.
Collaborative Engagement:
Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to the Sales division's success.
