    Description

    Our client is a leading investment manager with a total global AUM of over £20bn. We are working with their Residential Investment and Development team that have got an impressive track record. They have multiple strategies from single family housing, hotels, house building, BTR, student accommodation and offices.

    Job Objective:

    The successful candidate will be based in London. You will be a residential Asset Manager focusing purely on multi and single-family housing. You will be joining a growing platform where you will manage a large portfolio. They want someone who is passionate about residential real estate and is able to drive revenue. For this they are looking for an all-rounder who is both analytical but can also translate that into strategies and execute those strategies. This candidate will have exposure to all areas of the firm and be able to have full autonomy in the direction of your assets.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    · Analyse property performance.

    · Assess market trends and market research.

    · Develop strategies to maximize the financial returns of the residential real estate investments.

    · Financial modelling, reporting, budget management and compliance.

    · You will also work closely with the executive team to make informed decisions that drive the portfolio growth and profitability.

    Candidate Profile:

    · 3-8 years' experience

    · Excellent reporting and presenting skills

    · Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

    · Industry relevant experience

    · Good technical knowledge and understanding

    · Experience managing consultants

    · Experience in asset management

    · Degree in real estate, finance, economics (or a related degree)

    Remuneration:

    The role is paying a competitive salary, dependent on experience, plus benefits and bonus. There will be the ability to get carry on projects that you are involved in.
