    LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings


    Location:
    London Bridge, SE1


    Salary:
    OTE £45k


    Position:
    Permanent – Full Time


    This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual that wants a career in Residential Lettings as a Lettings Negotiator.


    My client is a successful independent, dynamic agency based in London Bridge, that prides themselves on the first-class service they deliver.

    They are currenting seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy office.


    This is the perfect role for an ambitious salesperson who is looking to build a career in the property sector.

    This role offers a generous commission along with a car allowance with fantastic training provided too. Previous experience in residential lettings, or an industry with recognisable transferable skills would be a distinct advantage.

    Skills:
    The skills required for this Lettings Negotiatorrole will include:

    At least 12 months' experience in Estate Agency
    Lettings experience essential
    High level of customer service
    Good telephone manner
    Well-presented and well-spoken
    Ambitious and self-motivated
    Well-spoken and articulate
    Local knowledge of the London Bridge area preferred
    Driving license and own car essential
