    As aSenior AssociateinPayroll within ourOutsourcing team youll play a pivotalrole in supporting our dynamic payroll department. In thisfastpaced position youll manage a diverse portfolio of clientshandling highvolume payroll processes on varying cycles.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Supportthe busy payrolldepartment.
    • High volumepayroll process on varying cycles for your own portfolio of clientsin a fastpacedrole
    • Provide comprehensiveadvice to clients in relation to payrollqueries.
    • Working todeadlines
    • Manualcalculations
    • Ensuring allnecessary payments are made within the deadlines set for examplePension Contributions and employeepayments.

    • Pensions& HMRCSubmissions
    • Sharesknowledge and experience with junior team members providingtraining and support whenrequired.

    QualificationsKnowledge &Experience:

    • Fullendtoend payroll experience including manual calculations andstandarddeductions.
    • Proficiency inUK Payroll Legislation and AutoEnrolment forpensions.
    • Stronginterpersonal skills for client and internal stakeholdercommunication.
    • Experiencemaintaining client relationships and liaising with HMRC andthirdpartyproviders.
    • Competence inExcel.
    • Minimum 34 years ofpayroll bureauexperience.
    • Previousexperience with Iris Payroll Professional andBrightPay.
    • CIPPQualificationpreferred.

    • Ourstandard working week is a 37.5hour week on a hybrid basis (with upto 50% of your time across the month home based and the other 50%office based)
    • Core working hours are 10am 4pmMonday to Friday
