    Finance Manager
    I'm working with a forward thinking, innovative company that are at the forefront of their technology.

    Committed to continue developing and growing, they offer an exciting opportunity to develop the finance function within their fast-growing business, emphasizing controls, processes and improvement strategies.

    You'll be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong Excel skills and the ability to process larger volumes of data.

    Due to the nature of the role, you'll need to have a flexible approach to working hours, particularly around deadlines.

    What will a typical day look like as Finance Manager?
    Prepare monthly Management accounts.

    Ensure effective management of the AP function ensuring all purchase orders, supplier invoices, credit notes and expenses are accurately recorded in the finance system.

    Ensure effective management of the AR function ensuring all sales invoices and debit notes are accurately recorded in the finance system and customers pay promptly.

    Oversee the company's payroll, including managing outsourced relationships for payroll preparation and ensuring that all payments and reporting requirements are completed in a timely manner.

    Provide support and accounting expertise to Operations.
    Prepare and submit all appropriate tax records including monthly VAT returns.
    Management of balance sheet and account reconciliations throughout the year, leading to a
    Look to build the finance team as we grow.
    Support Project Finance for the development of future farms and other capital projects as required
