    Senior Client Manager

    Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Business Development - Insurance Services, the Senior Client Manager will collaborate closely with Client Partners/Leads and other specialists within the Marketing & Business Development team. Operating in a senior capacity, the role focuses on delivering high-impact, client-focused BD activities. This position is pivotal in supporting senior stakeholders to grow key client relationships within the insurance sector globally.

    Main Duties:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Client Partners/Leads of key clients.
    • Drive and own the client growth plan, coordinating and managing the dynamics within the global account team.
    • Identify growth opportunities for DWF Group and produce strategic M&BD outputs.
    • Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding opportunities and feedback.
    • Contribute to sales growth by identifying opportunities to expand services provided to existing clients and in new locations.
    • Represent DWF at external client meetings and events to raise personal and business profiles.
    • Support budget and business planning processes and manage relevant budgets.
    • Coordinate activities such as PR, digital marketing, brand-related activities, and internal comms to optimize outcomes.
    • Report on activities and their impact to demonstrate ROI.
    • Participate in project teams within the wider M&BD team.
    • Manage and develop juniors/line reports, serving as a role model.
    • Act as an ambassador for Marketing & BD in the global business.

    Skills:

    • Essential experience in a professional services environment.
    • Desirable experience in the insurance sector and working internationally.
    • Proven track record in developing and implementing business development strategies.
    • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiating skills.
    • Proven project management experience.
    • Creative, innovative, and proactive approach.
    • Sound business understanding, commercial acumen, and risk awareness.
